We haven't needed to call him for years but for all of those qualities, we kept his number handy from the past for when we would need him again. Exceptional service!! The technician was very attentive with communication and explaining the extent of the repair that I required. He advised me when he was in route which I appreciate because who likes when a technician just shows up to your house with no warning.
