Jose was wonderful! I had a problem with another company, and when I explained it to Jose, he was attentive and able to fix my problem promptly and kept me informed when he was coming. I appreciate his concern about getting my washing machine fixed.I will definitely use him for any other issues I have and let other people know.
Thank you again, Jose.

It is not easy to find an honest, experienced, personable and knowledgeable service person. Jose Tavarez is all that and patient as well answering and explaining our questions. We haven't needed to call him for years but for all of those qualities, we kept his number handy from the past for when we would need him again. We needed him today and we are glad we had his number. Thank you Jose!

I had multiple excellent experiences with Jose! His communication was outstanding from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and was very responsive. He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing. The repair was done efficiently and correctly the first time. Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs!!

Exceptional service!! The technician was very attentive with communication and explaining the extent of the repair that I required. He advised me when he was in route which I appreciate because who likes when a technician just shows up to your house with no warning. The repair was done quickly and I will be using him for future repairs if needed.
